A Women’s Drumming & Wellbeing Workshop
“Finding Your Rhythm: Self-Care, Confidence & Connection through Drumming”
Woman will come together in a safe, supportive, empowering setting to reconnect with themselves and each other. Women come together to reconnect with themselves and each other. Through drumming, breath work, mindfulness, gentle movement, meditation and games, this workshop invites you to explore belonging, sense of self, existing skills & strengths.

A fun way to gently build confidence and esteem through creative expression.
Release stress and strengthen resilience through rhythm and group connection.
Develop awareness and sense of place through mindful drumming, breathing, and meditation.
Connect with others.
Reignite playfulness, joy, and creativity often lost in busy adult life.
No drumming experience is necessary
