Perfect for first-timers AND long-time members -- this is where our community comes home each week.
WHAT HAPPENS:
Amy Mercado guides us through a simple grounding practice, then opens space for optional sharing and reflection. Some weeks you'll share what's on your heart. Other weeks you'll just listen and breathe. Both are perfect.
No awkward icebreakers. No being put on the spot. No experience needed.
