About this Event
Escape the fast-paced city life and find a moment of serenity at the 7s Art Meditation, Tea Ceremony & Calligraphy Experience. This immersive session will take you on a journey of inner peace, blending Daoist meditation techniques, the elegance of a traditional Chinese tea ceremony, and the artistry of Chinese calligraphy.

The event begins with a guided meditation based on 7s Art’s unique meditation method, developed over years of experience to help relax the body and mind. This simple yet effective practice allows participants to experience mindfulness in daily life.

Following the meditation, immerse yourself in the beauty of a traditional Chinese tea ceremony. Savor 7s Art’s premium reserve teas, enjoying the refined aesthetics and rich flavors as you learn about the philosophy of tea culture. After the fourth infusion, the session transitions into an open discussion, providing an opportunity to share insights, connect with like-minded individuals, and foster meaningful conversations.

To complete the experience, participants will engage in a Chinese calligraphy session, where they will learn to write the character “春 (spring)” in Wei Stelae — a perfect keepsake to welcome the season of renewal.

Each guest will receive a special cultural gift worth $50, including Pre-Qingming Bi Luo Chun tea and an exquisite collectible item—choose between an Ice White Qipao Flower Vase or a Black Pottery Tea Can.
Join us in this one-of-a-kind experience, where the practices of meditation, tea, and calligraphy harmonize, offering a moment of tranquility, cultural appreciation, and personal well-being. Let’s welcome spring with mindfulness, art, and the elegance of tea.
