Animal Flow and/or Breathwork for beginners...
Animal Flow:
A beginners flow - we'll learn a couple of moves and put them together into a gentle flow for a little stretch and mobility. Suitable for both absolute beginners and those who have a knowledge of animal flow.
Breathwork:
An introduction to basic breathwork - we'll learn a little of the 'why' and do a few exercises to help calm. This workshop is good for anxiety, stress, troubled sleep.
