Join Liz as we explore and discover your unlimited talents, creative spark and inner gifts by allowing you to express your being freely. Your body, mind and soul will be activated by the universal energy!

In this ongoing event you will learn the basics of body expression in performing arts that Liz has learned as an actress from different theater techniques from South America and other parts of the world. You will become the creator of your own story by allowing yourself to be bold, brave, vulnerable and willing to dig into the unknown.

Become one with the Universe by channeling the power of this wonderful and transformative energy that is in you and around you!

Participants may bring water, comfortable clothing and a note- book to write about their thoughts and experiences during the event. Props, materials for the exercises and activities will be provided.
