9/30 Intro: Creating the life and business you dream of - This is the foundational class: Setting intentions and outcomes for the course

10/7 What's working and what's not - This class is exercise based. It calls on participants to examine where they are successful and where they are not. We work through core characteristics of what is successful and the elements that go into it. We also work through what it takes to fail. (Work, Inspired action, Proactivity, Faith, Fear)

10/21 What adventure are you on? This class gets participants examining their why and what makes them tick. This class is an exercise in asking the questions about our desires and where we think those come from? I.E. Childhood, Relationships. etc..

10/ 28 Creating Version 2.0 of you - In this class we voice our desire and create a picture of what we want for the next period of our lives. We begin to practice visualization in this class.

11/4 Cultivating laser focus in the midst of chaos - This class teaches how to develop focus and direct attention. We discuss our reactive nature as humans and strategies to keep us on track. We will begin to practice meditation.

11/11 The thief in the mind - This class is about examining strategies to deal with internal fears, blocks, doubts and external challenges.

11/18 The set of your sail - This class is about examining our life philosophy and adjusting it to be more expansive.

12/1 Become obsessed with the new you and setting up life to support your mission -
This is a class that helps participants give themselves permission to to reach higher and to put measures in place to support their movement in their desired direction.
