Waldry Marte is a dynamic real estate financing strategist, investor, and entrepreneur known for structuring smart capital solutions that help individuals and investors scale with confidence. Specializing in both residential and commercial real estate financing, he operates at the intersection of opportunity and execution.

With deep expertise in commercial real estate loans, fix-and-flip financing, DSCR rental loans, bridge lending, and foreign national financing, Waldry works closely with developers, builders, and investors who are serious about growth. Whether funding ground-up construction, repositioning distressed assets, or expanding rental portfolios, he approaches every deal with a strategic, investor-minded lens.

But Waldry doesn’t just finance deals — he invests in them.

As a real estate investor himself, he understands risk, leverage, cash flow, and market timing firsthand. This dual perspective allows him to advise clients beyond the loan, helping them think through structure, exit strategies, and scalability. He prides himself on leveraging his extensive network of lenders, private capital sources, attorneys, contractors, and strategic partners to create opportunities that extend far beyond a single transaction.

Known for his direct communication style and long-term vision, Waldry believes capital is not just a tool — it’s leverage for generational wealth. His mission is simple: equip serious buyers and investors with the financing, strategy, and connections needed to win in real estate.
