Class Dates: 9-8, 9-15, 9-22, 9-29, 10-6

Course Description:
This course provides students with a foundational understanding of personal financial management and decision-making. Through real-life scenarios, guest speakers and interactive discussions, students will explore key financial concepts including budgeting, saving, banking, credit, debt, taxes, insurance, and investing. The goal is to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed and responsible financial choices throughout their lives.

Instructor Bio:
David has owned his own tax preparation business for the past 16 years. He lives in Elk River with his wife, Kara, since 2015, where they homeschool their 3 kids. Teaching his clients, as well as his children, smart financial strategies has always been a major focus of his and he is excited to share all he has learned with you!
