Lian Hoon has 30 years of experience split between consulting & management at the C-suite level across Asia. He focuses on both financial and operations turnarounds in both distressed and stressed situations.

This includes developing go-forward business plans, debt negotiations to right-size balance sheets and interim manager positions and implementation.

Lian Hoon has in-depth experience across manufacturing, logistics and transportation for consumer and industrial goods, automotive, electronics, retailing and transportation industries.

He has a BSc (Eng) and PhD from Imperial College London and speaks Malay, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Mike has 25 years of experience leading financial and operational turnarounds. He specializes in working with companies, creditors and other constituents to improve performance, optimize cash flow, and maximize enterprise value.

Mike has worked extensively across Asia and has led many successful turnaround, restructuring and distressed M&A projects.

In addition to his advisory work, Mike has served as senior interim financial management at various companies undergoing stress.

Mike has a BSE with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
