About this Event
Welcome to BA 330: Financial Management. Finance is the subject which utilizes most of mathematical concepts in the MBA field. Finance is also a field in the application of Probability and Statistics. It includes several probabilistic subjects like Decision Analysis, Forecasting, Utility and Risk Estimation, Linear Programming Application and so on. The purpose of this course is to prepare students for the advanced study in the MBA program, especially in the field of Finance. Students will apply these subjects to resolve diversified practical financial problems in this course.
Financial Management is one of the core courses in the USJ MBA master program. Business School of USJ focuses on the training for the cultivating talents who are innovative and creative in the field of Self Marketing, and the main courses include the Self Marketing Manager /Director/CEO, talents professional in performance, script-writing, planning, directing and network production of marketing anchor. Through an innovative marketing expansion system, we will help the youth to get great creative entrepreneurs.
Instructor: Professor Ted Sun
Dr. Ted Sun is currently employed as a System Debug Engineer and previously served as an engineer at Integrated Device Technology, and Cadence where he developed design flows on both frontend and backend systems with a focus on design optimization, chip reliability, noise analysis, yield-awareness routing. He is also well experienced on EDA tools and system administration. His research has been featured in statistical electro-migration analysis on chip reliability and failure prediction.
Dr. Sun received his PhD in electrical engineering from Santa Clara University, Bachelor’s degree in Atmospheric Physics from the National Central University, Master’s in Management Science from University of Dayton.
