What Are NatWest Financial Foundations?
NatWest’s Financial Foundations programme is an educational initiative designed to help individuals build financial confidence and long‑term money skills.
It focuses on the core pillars of financial wellbeing - budgeting, saving, borrowing responsibly, building resilience, understanding pensions, and planning for future life stages, and keeping you safe against fraud and scams.
The programme empowers people to make informed decisions, take control of their day‑to‑day finances, keep their banking safe and improve their overall financial wellbeing.
In today’s increasingly digital world, understanding how to protect yourself from fraud and scams is essential. Scams come in many forms, but the ultimate goal of scammers is to steal your money. The reason they’re successful is because scammers use a range of techniques to build trust and influence our decision making. Scams are becoming more and more realistic so it’s important to know how to spot them, the actions you can take to protect yourself and what to do if you think you are being scammed.
