Financial Education Action Points

Financial Education Action Points Training and Common Military Training for Active Duty. The classes are open to SOFA, Civilian, and Dependents. There are 12 Touch Points offered throughout the calendar year to include Expanding Your Family, Continuation Pay, Leadership Training, Marriage, Divorce, Financial Planning for PCS, Managing Finances Post-Deployment, Managing Finances Pre-Deployment and extended Absences, Promotion, Welcoming Your First Child, Disabling Sickness or Condition, vesting in the Thrift Saving Plan, and PCS for Success.

9 April - Pre-Deployment

23 April - Pre-Deployment

21 May - Promotion

11 June - Marriage

25 June - Birth of First Child

9 July - Divorce

23 July - Continuation Pay

6 August - 1st Duty Station (not PRS)

20 August - Vesting in TSP

10 September - Promotion

24 September - Disabling Sickness or Condition

8 October - Leadership Training

19 November - Post-Deployment
