Ready to expand your notary services and confidence? Join us for this in-person training focused on Financial and Medical Power of Attorney documents and advanced notarization techniques commonly encountered in real-world appointments.

Hosted by Elevate Notary Academy, this course is designed for notaries and document preparers who want additional hands-on guidance when working with Power of Attorney documents and more complex signing situations.

Students will receive practical instruction covering:

• Financial and Medical Power of Attorney documents
• Common signing scenarios and best practices
• Signature by X procedures
• Signature by Proxy procedures
• Signer awareness and identification considerations
• Professionalism during sensitive appointments
• How to properly price notary services
• Common mistakes and how to avoid them

Students will also receive a Power of Attorney template for educational purposes.

It is recommended that students already be document preparers or have applied to become one; however, this is not required to attend.
