Hello Mayo Clinic Bike MS Team Cyclists!Last Saturday Training Ride before the big event:
Training ride this Saturday at 7:30 a.m. at the Jax Beach (Huguenot) tennis courts, 218 16th Ave S, Jacksonville Beach. The route follows Ponte Vedra Boulevard and A1A south to the Exxon (formerly Gate) Station and back, up to 37 miles round trip. Some riders turn around at Meckler’s, making it about 18 miles round trip.
For those interested, we can convene at Panera Bread after the ride in Jax Beach for a cold brew or yummy bagel or muffin.

There is still time to join the team and ride October 4-5th with with three different milage options on day 1 to match your distance preference. If you are not able to ride with us this year, please consider donating to help support a worthy cause to advance science and treatment for Multiple Sclerosis.
