Final Full Moon Healing Circle of 2025 with @lunarliv__

Join Lunar Liv for a grounding and heart-centred Full Moon Healing Circle designed to help you pause, reflect and realign as the year draws to a close. She has been running these sessions fortnightly for 3 years now and they are much loved by the community.

This soothing evening will guide you back to your centre through a combination of:

• Breathwork to calm the body and open your energy
• Guided meditation for inner clarity and reflection
• Journalling to explore your year, your growth and what you’re ready to release
• Group release exercises to let go of what no longer serves you
• A sound bath to reset, realign and deeply restore

You’ll be held in a warm, supportive space where you can unwind, reconnect and gain clarity for your next chapter.

Tea and homemade cake will be provided to close our circle with comfort and community.

When: 3rd December, 7:00PM-9:00PM

Where: The Resonance Centre

Bring: A journal, pen, water and anything cosy that helps you settle in.

All are welcome. Come exactly as you are and leave lighter, clearer and realigned.
