Join our Culinary Students for their Final Exam as they prepare a Five Course menu in our Benchmark dining room. Ticket price is $60.00, plus taxes.
Menu options:
Option 1- Chef Tasting Menu:
• Chef's Bread Selection w/butter
• 100 Metre NC Grown Salad w/ Carrot Puree, Seeds and Oats, Red Wine Vinaigrette
• Tomato Bisque w/Seafood Ravioli, Rainbow Tomatoes, Sea Asparagus
• Surf and Turf w/Wood Fired AAA Beef Tenderloin, Canadian Lobster Tail, Pommes Berny, Quinoa Pea Tart, Canadian Whiskey Sauce
• Maple Niagara Nut Tart
OR
Option 2- Chef Wellness Menu (Vegetarian):
• Chef's Bread Selection/butter
• 100 Meter NC Grown Salad w/Carrot Puree, Seeds and Oats, Red Wine Vinaigrette
• Tomato Bisque w/Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli, Hot House Vegetables
• King Mushroom "Steak" w/Pomme Berny, Pea Tart, Canadian Whiskey Sauce

Service Duration: As part of the learning process, our service may take longer than traditional restaurants. We appreciate your understanding as our students hone their skills in providing exceptional service.
