Sasha Mäkilä has been teaching conducting for over ten years and this class is his 24th international conducting masterclass. The concert is conducted by masterclass participants performing with Helsinki Metropolitan Orchestra.

A. Dvořák: Serenade for Strings in E major Op. 22
W. A. Mozart: Overture from Idomeneo K. 366
L. van Beethoven: Symphony No. 1 in C major Op. 21

The duration of the concert is approximately 15 hours including a short intermission
