Congratulations! You have qualified for the Season V Sectionals. Now, do you have what it takes, to continue your journey and earn your ticket to the FINA Season V Round of Champions?Similar to qualifiers throughout the season, Sectionals will consist of two separate events: a Speed Event and an Endurance Event.
The FINA Speed course at Sectionals will be designed and approved by our course experts to force you to step on the gas, and not slow down until you hit the buzzer! The course will consist of 8 obstacles that pit the athlete versus the clock. And all athletes will still get TWO chances to beat the clock
The FINA Endurance course at Sectionals will be designed for the athlete that may not win in a foot race, but has ALL-DAY grip strength. The course will consist of 12 obstacles that will test an athlete’s ability to push through the pain and hang on until there is nothing left in the tank! You only get one chance, so make it count.
The top four finishers in Speed and the top four finishers in Endurance in each division will punch their tickets to the FINA Round of Champions in Anaheim! If we have more than four clears on a course, we will take up to an additional four full clears per division, for a possible total of eight qualifiers per division.
