FINA Speed courses are designed for the ninja that loves to go fast! All FINA Speed courses consist of 8 obstacles that pit athlete versus the clock. All athletes get two chances to beat the clock!
FINA Endurance courses are designed for the ninja that has all day grip strength. All FINA Endurance courses consist of 12 obstacles that will test an athlete's ability to push through the pain and hang on until there is nothing left in the tank!
Endurance = Saturday Tentative Times:
7U - 9:00 am - 10:30 am
9U - 10:30 am - 1:30 pm
11U - 1 :30 pm - 3:00 pm
13U - 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Speed = Saturday Tentative Times:
7U - 10:30 am - 11:30 am
9U - 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
11U - 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
13U - 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Endurance = Sunday Tentative Times:
Masters - 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Amateur Adults 25+ - 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Young Adults 14-24 - 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
