Led by a Cape Fear Distillery expert, you will create three sea-riously amazing cocktails — a perfect complement to the oceanic wonders at Ripley’s Aquarium of Myrtle Beach.

Amuse-Bouche:
Whipped Ricotta Tartlet with Fig & Pistachio – Whipped ricotta infused with honey and thyme, topped with fig and crushed pistachio piped into a flaky tart shell.
First Course:
-Lime-Grilled Shrimp Skewers over Basmati Rice – Juicy shrimp kissed with lime and fire-grilled, served over fragrant basmati rice.
