Depois de grandes êxitos como Mironescópio ou Este não O Nariz de Gogol(...), a Tarumba regressa ao fimp para nos apresentar em estreia absoluta a sua nova criação.
“Dramas Curtos em Miniatura parte do conjunto de peças curtas cómicas escritas para marionetas, Drama for Fools, por um dos grandes reformadores teatrais do século **, Edward Gordon Craig, conhecido pela teoria da Über-Marionette ou a Super-Marioneta.
Estes textos revelam um Edward Gordon Craig menos conhecido, que imaginou um ciclo de 365 peças para marionetas, embora nunca tenha terminado este imenso projeto.
Dramas Curtos em Miniatura é construído a partir de algumas destas micropeças, num ambiente tropical e surrealista, em que outros autores vão intervir, numa narrativa de histórias sem sentido, para tentar descobrir o sentido do mundo, qual cadavre exquis, marca habitual no trabalho da Tarumba.”

After such great hits as Mironescópio (Voyeurscope) or Este Não É o Nariz de Gogol (This Is Not Gogol’s Nose), Tarumba returns to fimp to present the absolute premiere of its new creation.
“Dramas Curtos em Miniatura (Miniature Short Dramas) sets off from the set a short comic plays written for puppets, Drama for Fools, by one of the greatest theatre reformers of the 20th century, Edward Gordon Craig, known for his theory of the “Über-Marionette”, or the Super-Puppet.
These texts reveal a lesser-known Edward Gordon Craig, who imagined a series of 365 puppet plays, although he never completed this immense project.
Dramas Curtos em Miniatura is constructed on the basis of some of these micro-plays, in a tropical and surrealist environment in which other authors will intervene in a narrative made up of meaningless stories, in an effort to try and discover the meaning of the world, like an cadaver exquis, a common feature in Tarumba’s work.”
