Ladies, come join us for a different kind of workout! In our classes, you can feel free to move your body with joy and freedom. We worship as we move and care for our body, mind, and soul so that we can love God, be healthy, be whole, and love others together.
Join us for a mixture of cardio dance, kickboxing, Tabata, focused stretching, and drumming. We end each class with a devotional to refocus our hearts on Christ.
Childcare is provided for children under 5 years old. Kids are welcome to dance with us. All classes are FREE. Come through the main entrance of the church and you will find us in the lobby.
All fitness levels are welcome. We offer modifications in each class.
What to bring?
- Comfortable workout clothes
- Water
- Your girlfriends
- Yoga mats (If you don't have one, we have extras!)
