Together, we’ll dive into several slow brewing methods (V60, Switch, AeroPress…) to understand how water, temperature, and grind size shape the flavors in your cup. You’ll see how just a few small adjustments can completely transform your morning coffee and make it truly incredible.

The workshop will give you the chance to experiment for yourself while understanding the logic behind coffee extraction. We’ll talk ratios, brew times, and grind size — always in a clear, visual, and approachable way. My goal is for you to truly understand what you’re doing, so you can recreate (and even improve!) your brews at home.

It’s also the perfect moment to slow down, rediscover the rich aromas of a well-made coffee, and build a daily ritual. Slow coffee is a way to treat your palate… and yourself.

We’ll also take the time to explore other brewing methods like cold brew — perfect for summer — as well as batch brew, which means preparing coffee in larger quantities using a percolator machine. These complementary techniques will help you expand your recipe toolkit and better understand how to adapt your extractions depending on the format and the situation, while always mastering the fundamentals of brewing.
