Join us for a powerful evening of film, reflection, and community. In partnership with Tell My Story, the Houston Texans YMCA of Greater Houston invites you to an impactful screening experience shining a light on the real struggles of kids and teens facing anxiety and depression.

Following the film, a licensed mental health professional will lead a guided discussion equipping parents and guardians with the tools, insight, and support to show up for the young people in their lives.

This is more than a movie night. It's a movement toward understanding, healing, and hope.
