Artist Beverly McIver, featured in "5: Five Years of Acquisitions," is the subject of a documentary on the struggles she met between her family and her career just as her work was gaining national recognition. Emmy-nominated "Raising Renee" is about artist Beverly McIver when a promise she made to her mother - that she would take care of her mentally-disabled older sister, Renee - comes due.
