Booking arrangements

To be eligable for booking you must be registered as a student in the current acadmic year.

Cancellation Policy

The Student Life Team reserves the right to modify or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances, including if the event is weather dependent. If you cannot attend an event, please let us know within 48 hours of making your booking. Bookings are non-transferable and only for use by the named person on the ticket.

Student Life undertake comprehensive risk assessments for all our events and we will review these alongside our policies on a regular basis.
