Join us as we watch the 2016 documentary "Play Your Gender" which follows Juno Award-winning musician Kinnie Starr on her quest to find out why less than 5% of music producers are women, begging the question: what does it take for a woman to make it in music?
The film we be followed by group discussions about what has changed since this documentary was released 7 years ago, what similarities we see between the music and film industries for gender minorities, and more.
