Fill Up Your Cup: A Tea-Blending Workshop and Sound Bath Experience
About this Event
We're back with the Summertime Edition of Fill Up Your Cup: an invitation to soften and reconnect with yourself through the power and wisdom of sound, ritual, and botanics.
In this immersive experience, we’ll explore the art and intention behind creating your own summer tea bouquet. Together, you’ll learn how to create a custom tea bouquet using fresh herbs, edible flowers, and seasonal fruits. Discover summer botanics, their unique benefits, and how to enjoy them fresh in your tea or dry them to enjoy later. You'll also enjoy tasting a selection of Nurture with Botanics summer tea blends!
As you blend, you’ll be accompanied by a gentle, meditative soundscape designed to foster presence and connection within yourself, as you have the opportunity to steep your creation and experience it with an open heart.
The experience is meant to deepen into intentional stillness through meditation, followed by a restorative sound bath. After exploring connection, creativity, and intention through the tea bundle-making process, we'll turn inward to reflect on how we offer ourselves the same love, compassion, and care that we so often extend to others. Together, we'll create space to nurture the connection between our inner world and the intentions we've woven into our creations.
You’ll be invited to fully receive, allowing the body and nervous system to integrate the practice, and be supported by frequencies and vibrations.
This space, held by Lashwana and Mischa, is one of rest, reflection, and subtle insight, offering a pause from the outside world and an opportunity to tune inward.
You’ll leave with your own handcrafted summer tea bouquet to take home, along with a deeper understanding of how tea and sound can be used as a daily ritual of self-support, and can be one that continues long after the gathering ends.

What to Bring
To help you feel comfortable and fully supported during the experience, we recommend bringing:
- A yoga mat, blanket, and small pillow, or anything cozy to lie down on during the sound bath (Layers are always encouraged as warmth helps the body relax.)
- A pillow or eye covering if you enjoy extra comfort or gentle sensory rest
- Your favourite tea cup or mug (Using a cup you love adds meaning to the ritual. It becomes part of the intention you’re setting and a reminder you can continue using at home.)
Come as you are. This is a space for ease, presence, and gentle receiving.
