Build your own plate of crispy puris filled with spiced potato-chickpea, sprouts, and boondi : then top it off with your choice of tamarind-sweet, mint-coriander, or spicy pani. Mix, match, and make your perfect bite.

What's included:

• A plate of 10 pani puri, build-your-own style
• Choice of 2-3 pani flavors
