The National Federation of the Filipino-American Associations (NaFFAA), a non-profit organization that promotes empowerment and collaboration on its socio-cultural and ethical values, is the largest national affiliation of Filipino American institutions, member organizations and individuals in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the Marianas Islands, and American Samoa. NaFFAA’s mission is to promote the welfare and well-being of Filipino Americans throughout the United States by amplifying their voices, advocating on behalf of their interests, and providing resources to facilitate their empowerment.We are excited to announce NaFFAA Region V will be hosting the annual Filipiniana Gala in celebration of the 25h year of NaFFAA’s foundation showcasing Philippine Regional Festivals on October 14, 2023 at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center Hotel, 7800 E Tufts Ave, Denver, CO 80237.
With our previous benefit galas, we were able to help and assist:
NaFFAA Region V and its member organizations, funded and built Gawad Kalinga Colorado Village (a village of 35 houses), after a landslide in Cabagan, Isabela, Philippines.
The shipment of two 40-foot containers of medical equipment and supplies donated by Project Cure after typhoon Frank devastated the province of Aklan.
Mending Faces and Uplift International medical missions to the Philippines for surgical procedures for underserved children born with cleft lips and cleft palates.
Established a Disaster Preparedness fund to be able to send immediate financial assistance to disaster areas, most recently in the aftermath of super Typhoons Rai and Nalgae.
This year, our gala is to benefit our programs that impact the growing Filipino American community in our Region:
