About this Event
Drawing from life is a valuable skill for artists of all levels. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just getting started, this workshop will help hone your skills through a series of guided exercises. We will move from drawing various objects to a live clothed model.
Drop ins are welcome, but pre registration is encouraged.

What materials should I bring? Bring your preferred drawing materials, small provided notebooks if needed.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
There is no age limit or minimum however, we ask that for children under 18, parents sign a release of liability waiver or take the class with their child for a fun experience!
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Visual Philosophy has a parking lot available to attendees in the rear of the building accessible via Julian St. HWY 280, 87 and Diridon Caltrain station are very close.

What's the refund policy?
By purchasing a course or workshop, you are obligated to provide payment in full prior to the start date. Courses and workshops may be cancelled 5 days in advance with money returned. Course and workshop tuition purchased but not completed in full or by the start of course can not be refunded.
About the Teacher:
Tom McCambridge is a multimedia artist based in San Jose. His artwork is inspired by the ordered randomness in nature and people being weird. He feels most peace when engaged in a creative process, and loves to share it with others.
