Fight the Fog

Something powerful happens when women fight for each other.
Fight the Fog is a one hour cardio kickboxing fundraiser from GlowLogic Women's Health Collective, supporting hormone and menopause education and advocacy. The name speaks to the brain fog millions of women push through every day while the world expects them to carry on. On November 7, we punch back together.
What to Expect
You will take on up to 8 rounds of instructor-led cardio kickboxing, each round 3 to 4 minutes, with a 10 minute break. This is a no-contact, no-impact fitness class. No one fights anyone, there is no sparring, and there is no boxing ring. Every punch and kick is thrown into the air at your own pace. No experience is needed and all fitness levels are welcome, whether you finish all 8 rounds or cheer through half of them. A women's health education segment follows the class.
Registration: $30
Your registration secures your spot for the full session and the education segment. Space is limited to 50 participants, so register early.
Raise More with Sponsors
Just like a charity race or marathon, you can recruit sponsors who back your rounds. Sponsors pledge either a flat gift of any amount, $1 or more, or an amount per round. One sponsor at $1 per round is $8 across all 8 rounds. One sponsor at $10 per round is $80. Pledges stack, so a few sponsors can turn your hour of sweat into serious support for women's health. Set a target goal and let your people cheer you to it.

Branded Fight the Fog tank tops and T-shirts are available for $25 when you register, which guarantees your size. A limited number of T-shirts will be for sale onsite.
