Whether you’re newly together or have been through it all, this summit is all about love, understanding, and growth. Come hang out, learn some cool tips, and leave feeling closer than ever. Event Objectives
· Help couples understand their conflict patterns.
· Provide structured communication tools for real-time disagreements.
· Teach effective repair and apology strategies.
· Create space for live coaching through a structured round table discussion at the end of the summit.
· Strengthen marriages within the church community.

Agenda
Welcome/Prayer/Light Breakfast
Session 1 – Understanding Conflict
Info: Why good couples fight, identifying fight cycles, and reframing conflict. Interactive couple reflection exercise.
Session 2 – BEFORE the Conflict
Info: Framework & Introspection
Understanding triggers, emotional flooding, attachment dynamics, and personal responsibility. Guided couple dialogue and structured worksheets.
Session 3 – DURING the Conflict
Info: Ground Rules
The 5 rules of healthy fighting, live demonstration by presenters, and structured 3-minute dialogue practice.
Session 4 – AFTER the Conflict
Info: Healing & Transformation: Apology structure, repair conversations, forgiveness principles, and growth commitments. Couples complete a written action plan.
Final Session - Round Table Coaching /Panel Discussion & Live Q&A
Info: Facilitated open discussion where couples can ask real-life questions. Topics may include sex, money, parenting, in-laws, emotional distance, or repetitive arguments. Structured live coaching provided by both presenters. This session serves as integration and application of the full F.I.G.H.T. Plan framework.
