All levels welcome.
Please send over your age, weight and experience.
£10 - Fighters
£5 - Spectators
Adults must wear 16oz gloves, head guard is optional.
Juniors must wear 12oz gloves, head guards compulsory.
All fighters must have a gum shield. Kickboxing requires foot pads and shin guards.
Free parking on main road with paid parking located outside gym.
