About this Event
Join IMAN and community leaders, organizers, foundations and other supporters for an engaging event connecting the legacy of Muhammad Ali and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with the fight against systematic segregation, isolation and divisiveness amongst marginalized peoples.
This event is an open call to reject the fear that is used to pit communities against one another or isolate communities in silos and respond instead with a renewed commitment to build the type of power that only comes through building multi-issue coalitions and alliances across those historic lines of separation and segregation.
We will be joined by artists Heavy Crownz and Binkey, and will feature a special panel discussion with Natalie Y. Moore and Tonika Johnson, moderated by IMAN Founding Executive Director, Dr. Rami Nashashibi.
