It’s time to stop playing small and start taking up space. After the shocking kidnapping in our city, I’m not just heartbroken – I’m fired up! So let’s turn that fear into fury and that anxiety into action!
📆 On October 12th, I'm offering a
FREE Self-Defense class for every woman who’s ready to reclaim her power and say, “NOT TODAY!”
Whether you're walking home at night 🚶🏻‍♀️, heading to your car🚗 , or simply living your life 🧘🏽‍♀️, this class will arm you with real-world skills to prevent abductions and stay safe.
You don’t need to be a pro athlete or a ninja – these moves are designed for EVERY woman, regardless of age, size, or strength. We’re done letting fear win.
This class will be led by me, Sydney Meza, a trauma survivor and women’s self-defense expert with 26 years of experience. I’m here to teach you simple, effective techniques that could literally save your life.
Hear me when I say, this isn’t just about self-defense – it’s about walking through the world knowing you’re worth defending! 🔥
I’ve spent years teaching women just like YOU that size, age, athleticism, even strength DOES NOT MATTER. When it comes to defending yourself, what matters is that you show up for yourself, stand in your power, arm yourself with techniques that are 100% accessible for EVERY body and personality.

After we kick a$$, stick around for a powerful discussion led by Cat Garvey, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Trauma Professional, + trauma survivor herself. This is your chance to not only learn how to defend yourself but also to process and grow with expert help right there if you need it. 💜
