Fiestas Patrias: A 4-Course Peruvian Independence Day Dinner at Madre Selva
On July 28, Peru celebrates its independence, and for one night that celebration comes to Madre Selva. Executive Chef Mayra Dominguez pours her Peruvian roots into a four-course dinner, each course pulled from a different corner of the country, from the ceviche bar to the Josper grill. Expect dishes that never touch the regular menu, pisco flights, house macerados, and Latin rhythms filling the room. Seating begins at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, July 28. Tickets are $95 per guest, plus tax and gratuity, and include four courses and two cocktails. Only 30 seats. Reserve now at madreselva.restaurant.
