It’s about becoming more honest —
with your body, your breath, and the quiet truths you’ve learned to override.
This women’s experience is an invitation to slow down and listen beneath the noise of daily life. To feel what’s real. To sense what’s congruent. To notice where you’ve been holding, pushing, or performing — and what becomes possible when you stop.
Guided by breath, movement, and the grounded presence of horses, we’ll explore what it means to live with integrity in the body — not as effort, but as attention.
What We’ll Explore Together
This is a spacious, embodied 3-hour experience that includes:
Intention setting
Not as goal-making, but as orienting toward what matters now.
Gentle movement
To feel into body truth and notice where energy flows — or doesn’t.
Guided breathwork
To soften the nervous system and go beneath surface patterns into deeper knowing.
Horse connection (on the ground)
Horses reflect congruence with remarkable clarity. Their presence helps us sense what’s aligned — without words, fixing, or force.
Integration and reflection
Time to land what you notice and listen to what wants to come forward.
Optional Reiki afterward
For those who feel called, gentle Reiki will be available as an add-on to support integration.
No prior experience with horses or breathwork is needed.
There is no riding involved.
Everything is invitational and guided.
