WELCOME TO FIELD YAY DAY 2026

Date: Sunday, August 9th.

Time: 12pm - 7pm

Location: Eisenhower Park: 1899 Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow, NY.

Directions to the specific reserved picnic location will be sent out to all registerees closer to the event date!

We're excited to host you for yet another Field Yay Experience!

In order to prepare for this event, we have provided the following details:

• Please register with the link provided to ensure your count as our guest for the day, as well as game participation.
• Please come ON TIME to ensure early team participation for all games on our Field Yay Itinerary. Games will begin on time & we want to allow you to arrive prior to game set-up.
• Food and drinks will be provided during our lunch hour, however, this is also a picnic themed event! We encourage you to bring your own blankets, coolers, food, snacks and/or drinks to contribute to the fun for the day!
• Alcohol beverages are permitted, but we kindly ask that all contents of any GLASS BOTTLES are trasnferred to a plastic bottle (provided free at our drink table) upon arrival for your personal use as no glass bottles are permitted on premises.
• Park entry free for all Nassau County Residents. $10 park entry fee for any Non-Nassau County Resident.

Although not required, any donation or contribution is greatly welcomed and appreciated by our team! Donations will go towards game supplies, food, drinks and any miscellaneous items we may need to ensure the success of this event. We appreciate you more than you know!
