In this class, we will:

• Create simple, no-fuss art journals
• Discover playful mark making techniques
• Engage in fun, science backed practices

This class blends art, learning science, and psychosensory techniques to help you observe, reflect, and engage with the world in a more meaningful way. You'll use your Field Notes journal to track insights about your brain, creativity, and the art of living well.

Designed for adults who love to explore with child-like curiosity - no prior art skills required!
