Based in Leith, Fidra showcases original folk songs from Craig Salter, evoking elements of traditional Scottish folk music combined with a modern edge, featuring artists from across Scotland. Their debut album’s “The Running Wave” has just been released, with music inspired by the natural beauty of the Scottish landscape and the rich musical heritage of the country. Fidra brings together musicians Pedro Cameron (Man of the Minch), Sarah Gallagher, Fraser Hughes (Withered Hand), Adam Milne and Kev Dunne.
