Please join us for the second workshop in our
“Community Threads” series at the AIC Fiber Studio. We
welcome artist Cheryl Patton Wu who will help us to create
a fabric landscape. No experience needed. Materials included.
Cheryl creates fabric collages based on “the natural world
incorporating a deep connection to the Atlantic Ocean, the
land, sea, and sky. These fabric paintings use personal
narratives to tell the story of her journey of self-discovery and
healing.” She has shown her work at The Noyes Museum,
Perkins Center for the Arts, Stockton University Gallery, and
The AIC Gallery of RCSJ, just to name a few.
