I’ve been part of FiA DFW (Females in Action) for 6 months — a free, outdoor workout community for women, and it has been life changing. Not just because of the fitness, but because of the women I’ve met. We show up for each other, we push each other, and we laugh a LOT along the way.
No gym membership. No judgment. No “fitness level required.” Just real women, outside, getting stronger together.
We meet every week right here in the area:
� Mondays – Haslet Community Park, 5AM
� Wednesdays – Haslet Community Park, 5AM
