The best 45-minute workout that you have never tried combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1 lap, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated 8 times.
The fitness race will be an immersive and electrifying race, where spectators can support racers from the very beginning to the very end. A t-shirt will be given to each racer and awards to the winners.
Friday, April 4 (Women’s): 6:30 to 7:15 p.m.
Friday, April 4 (Men’s): 7:30 to 8:15 p.m.
Saturday, April 5 (Women’s): 7:30 to 8:15 a.m.
