Landscape Professionals: add "Florida-Friendly" to your resume.
This workshop offers the required Field Module for candidates seeking designation as Florida-Friendly Landscaping Certified Professionals.
FFLCP candidates participate in a field module with exam, and agree to the code of ethics. The 3 to 4 -hour Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ Certified Professional Field Module consists of both classroom and field training, and an exam.
The classroom training reviews FFL principles and topics covered in the online prerequisite courses. The field training includes a site visit to review site conditions, identify what is/is not FFL, identify invasive plants and weeds, and discuss recommended management practices.
BONUS: This field module is approved for 4 FDACS CEUS:
LUF, LCLM, LLO, L&O, O&T. It is also approved for 4 DBPR CEUs for landscape architects.
