WW2 BATTLES ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
About this Event

"Battle at the Meuse"

September 1944.

After a successful breakout from the Normandy beach head resulting in the capture of over 50,000 Germans in the Falaise pocket, the momentum is on the Allies side as they push through Belgium.

Now all that stands between 2nd Armored Division and the Meuse River is a narrow strip of land on the other side of the Willems-Vaart Canal. Charged with clearing and securing the area from Vuct to Sotckheim, the 2nd Armored will engage the enemy in closer quarters than ever before. They will have to drive through their lines engaging them at point blank range.

Join us for two explosive public battles Saturday and Sunday! Be prepared to set up historical living histories that can be enjoyed by the visiting public, reenactors will be allowed to set up camp Friday afternoon and stay until Sunday afternoon.
