Fever Dream: Bistro

The term "bistro" tends to elicit a specific emotion or idea from almost everyone. From the corner bodega that serves a proper sandwich, to the famed Les Halles Brasserie once helmed by Anthony Bourdain, the bistro has a storied and finicky history in the restaurant industry the world over. Generally a sort of no rules typle of place that can serve as the neighborhood joint or the destination dinner, the bistro is a character all its own.

The menu will cover a signifcant amount of space from fresh oysters to a crispy skin- oven roasted chickcn quarter and back to the great American classic The Brown Betty. The best part of any great bistro is the agility the menu can have while still staying concise and unique.

We'll be offering a wine supplement as an addition, not a necessity and there will be an a la carte beer and cocktail menu for guests who would prefer that route.
