Join us! At the Feuerstein Convention!
The Feuerstein Convention is a five-day training seminar dedicated to the Feuerstein Method—an evidence-based approach that strengthens learning, thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Designed for educators, clinicians, and parents, The Feuerstein Convention offers hands-on instruction, expert guidance, and a supportive professional community.
What Is The Feuerstein Method?
The Feuerstein Method is a unique approach that focuses on how to learn rather than on what to learn.
Grounded in the principles of cognitive modifiability and mediated learning, the Method teaches individuals to think more clearly, learn more effectively, and approach challenges with confidence.
Used in schools, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and homes in over 40 countries, the Feuerstein Method provides practical tools to support learners of all ages and abilities—especially those who have struggled with traditional approaches.

How Does It Work?
Human potential is one’s capacity to improve and reach the limit of one’s ability to develop aptitudes and skills.
The Feuerstein Method helps individuals achieve their potential by teaching them how to learn. It’s a process-oriented approach that identifies learning challenges, analyzes them, and resolves them through systematic intervention. This is done through a process called Mediated Learning Experience (MLE), which uses dynamic assessment (LPAD) and a cognitive intervention program (Feuerstein Instrumental Enrichment). Scroll down to learn more about our enrichment tools LPAD and FIE.
Feuerstein Congnitive Enrichment
Feuerstein Cognitive Enrichment is a cognitive intervention program that helps improve thinking and learning skills. It includes various tasks specifically designed to be done in a classroom, group, or individual setting. Cognitive Enrichment focuses on different mental skills and provides a structured approach to problem-solving. By participating in Cognitive Enrichment, learners can enhance their understanding and elaboration of information.
Professor Reuven Feuerstein
Professor Reuven Feuerstein (1921-2014) founded the Feuerstein Institute and served as its Chairman until his passing in 2014.
A Man and Psychologist Ahead of His Time.
During his studies at the University of Geneva, Professor Feuerstein formulated his theories on structural cognitive modifiability and mediated learning. His work with immigrants, refugees, and people with disabilities reinforced his belief that traditional IQ tests are inaccurate indicators of intelligence and success. Recognizing that individuals have unique learning styles, Feuerstein created his evaluation methods and teaching techniques to identify potential and foster new approaches to learning.
From the 1970s until his passing in 2014.
Through his methodology, Feuerstein developed many applications that aimed to integrate and improve the lives of disadvantaged groups. He has given hundreds of thousands of people hope by allowing them to create significant, life-altering change by improving their functional abilities and learning aptitude.
Professor Reuven Feuerstein was widely recognized and awarded for his pioneering contributions toward unlocking human potential. His remarkable achievements earned him numerous accolades, including the prestigious Israel Prize in Education in 1992, a nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2012, and the President’s Medal posthumously in 2014.
