Usher out the 2024 year with a pasta making/and dining experience. Spend the afternoon creating a menu of fettuccini pasta with your choice of sauces, salad and garlic bread. We’ll work together on the menu, create a table setting with real china, and celebrate our efforts by dining together.
Here is a unique New Year’s Eve afternoon celebration for all ages.
We will begin the aftenoon learning how to individually mix and knead pasta dough. In our culinary classroom.
1)As a group we will roll, cut, and boil fettuccine pasta noodles.
2)We will work in groups to make 4 different entrees; chicken, shrimp, or broccoli with alfredo sauce or meat sauce with marinara.
3)Salads will be assembled.
4)Tables set with real china “the fancy way”in our new Artisan Marketplace Social space.
5)We will dine together as a group.
6)Finally, working together to conclude the afternoon with dishes and clean up.
The cost for this Culinary Experience is $85 per person. Youth aged 6 and older are allowed to participate with a paid registration and should be accompanied by an adult also with a paid registration.
