Fete & Fiesta | Latin & Caribbean Dance Fitness Class

Experience the energy of the islands with Dembow Fit. In honor of Black History Month & celebration of Carnival in Trinidad , join us for FETE & FIESTA! This dance class will offer a vibrant mix of genres from Soca, Bachata, Dembow, Reggaeton, Salsa, Cubaton & Merengue. No previous dance experience is necessary as classses are beginner friendly in a supportive learning enviorment.
This class will be your escape to the islands through dance fitness. Caribbean spice with Latin heat bringing you that island flavour! 🌴 Come with me to TNT 🇹🇹 While we stop around the islands embracing unity, music & culture!

Our goal is for you to feel comfortable and confident with the steps, allowing you to embody the music and rhythms. Let's celebrate unity and dance together. Dembow Fit primarily focuses on dance but we also incorporate excerses into the routine. You can anticipate a morning workout that feels more like a girls night out. A time for you to dance, sweat & connect!
